Colilert® water testing is approved by the Environmental Protection Agency and National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments for total coliforms and E. Coli. This test is used to verify the bacteriological suitability of individual water supplies for dairy farms, plants, receiving stations, and transfer stations per Pasteurized Milk Ordinance Appendix G.
